  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume, restocks, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We currently deliver nationwide within Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Rural/Remote Areas 4–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

We strive to keep shipping costs minimal and transparent:

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200 – PKR 300 (depending on location and order weight).

  • Any additional courier charges (e.g., for remote areas) will be communicated during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most parts of Pakistan. Please ensure:

  • You are available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Orders with COD may require confirmation via call or SMS before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your order status on the courier’s website or by contacting our support team.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

7. International Shipping

All items are packed securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. For fragile items, we use bubble wrap and cushioning to avoid damage during transit.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged package, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing armart1675@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and item(s)

We will offer a free replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
