Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or other available options. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (if applicable).

We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the courier, but we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on how to request returns, replacements, or refunds. Only products that meet our return eligibility criteria will be accepted. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect depending on your payment method and bank.

9. Order Cancellation
